1. Returns Policy
To return any item that is discovered damaged or not as per your original order, please contact customer service by email at
firstname.lastname@example.org The company shall decide whether the Product shall be replaced or not and the same shall be communicated to you. All defective Products which are not as per order must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return authorization number or product opening video. Postage and charges for a return of these will not be refunded. Please note that Products shall be in a saleable condition, unused with the product tags, and shall be sent through proper packaging to us. Please allow 7 days from the day we receive the product for your request to be processed. You will be communicated once your return is accepted/rejected. Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy. Some special rules for promotional offers may override this Policy. In all cases, the company’s decision to replace the product shall be final and binding on you.
2. Refunds Policy
- Return of products in case of defective products/products not as per the original order.
- Non-processing/Cancellation of orders due to technical errors.
- No cash refund shall be given in any case
- In the case of loss or damage of all or part of a shipment, Azerty will refund the shipping charges by the same method as the buyer had paid for them after Azerty has done an investigation. However, it will be at the Azerty sole discretion and the decision whether the buyer is eligible for a refund.
Returns, Replacements& Refund Policies for Apparel and Made on Demand Products.
- Returns will be accepted only when the product shipped to you is a wrong product / defective or in damaged condition. The reverse pickup will be arranged by the Company and no charges will be levied. The Customer must inform the Company by email, within 48 hours of delivery in case the product is received in Wrong Product / defective or in damaged condition, any request for Return made after this time period will be entertained on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of the Company. When Company receives Buyer's return, Company will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund, at the sole discretion of the Company. Kindly Note, Return will be entertained only when the product sent to you is in proper condition with original packing, tags, inbox literature, Warranty / guarantee card, freebies, and accessories including keys, straps and locks intact.
- Any alteration in the order is possible till the order is unshipped.
Returns are not acceptable for following items.
- Once the orders is being confirmed, it cannot be cancelled / return as each product is Printed on Demand /Made to Order.
- Body Jewellery [with exception if the product is not the same as ordered or any manufacturing defect]
- Cosmetics, Perfumes and Fragrances
- An item not returned in the condition it was received.
- Hygiene products

Replacement Policy for Apparels (Clothing)
Some of our Products come with Replacements Charges as mentioned below The fastest way to ensure your Replacement is to Send Message To Us On WhatsApp Through Below Link:
Mention all the details such as Name, Last Name, Email Id (It should be similar one which was mentioned while placing the order), Telephone, Order ID, Order Date etc.., and click on the submit button
In case of Wrong Size ordered By mistake, The customer will bare the shipping charges for both side (Flat 100/Order). (You can change size within 12 Hours Of placing order for free by Contacting Us)
Customers can return the product using any preferable courier partner of their choice. Once the order has been shipped (Return) the customer has to update with tracking id to email@example.com.
We DO NOT accept Parcels or Replacements without intimation to our Mailing team.
We will not entertain if we found any Manipulated Images for size during the investigation as each Item is correctly sized and we take every step and effort to keep it standard We do have instances where customer send pictures with false size measure for Free replacements which was found correct during the inspection, such kind of activities/queries would not be entertained.
Replacement Policy for Lingerie
Although undergarments and innerwear are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety issues, however, if there is a quality issue we will offer a refund/replacement.
We offer returns and exchanges for our innerwear, as per the following rules:
- Cancellation before Shipping
- In case you change your mind after placing the order but before your order has been shipped, you can: Drop us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. As long as your order has not been shipped, we can cancel it and refund your entire paid amount.
- No Return of Used, Worn, Washed, or Damaged Items
For any quality-related return issues, the client has to share the photograph of the product and mention the issue with the quality on e-mail at email@example.com within 24 hrs. of delivery of the product. We will accept returns ONLY on unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products, received in the original packaging and in original condition. The final decision on the refund or exchange is under the sole discretion of Azerty.
